These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Serpget website, platform and services (the “Service”), operated by Serpget.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Buyer (also “you”) — a person or organisation that uses the Service to order Placements.
- Publisher — a third-party owner or operator of a website in Serpget’s network on which Placements may be published. Publishers are not parties to these Terms;Serpget sources and manages publisher inventory on Buyers’ behalf.
- Listing — an entry in the catalog representing a website available for Placements, together with its metrics and price.
- Placement — a paid guest post or link insertion published on a Publisher’s website.
- Order — a Buyer’s request to purchase one or more Placements.
- Metrics — data shown for a Listing (e.g. Domain Rating, estimated traffic, topic), produced or aggregated by Serpget, including via automated crawling.
2. Eligibility and accounts
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
2.2 You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at [email protected].
2.3 One account per person or organisation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. The Service
3.1 Serpget.com is a self-serve marketplace that lets Buyers discover websites, review their Metrics and price, and order Placements. Serpget.com facilitates and fulfils Placements through its Publisher network; there is no self-serve Publisher account — Publisher inventory is sourced and managed by Serpget.
3.2 Metrics are estimates provided for convenience. Some are produced by Serpget.com’s own crawler and refreshed periodically; others may be aggregated from third-party sources. We do not warrant that Metrics are accurate, complete or current, and they must not be relied on as the sole basis for a purchasing decision.
3.3 We may add, change, suspend or remove Listings, features or the Service at any time.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
4.1 To place an Order you select one or more Listings, provide the required inputs (such as target URL, anchor text, and — for guest posts — the article), and check out.
4.2 All-in pricing. The price shown for a Listing is the total price you pay for that Placement. We do not add separate service fees, commissions or surcharges at checkout. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply, which will be added where required.
4.3 Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider BitHide. By paying, you authorise us (via the provider) to charge your selected payment method for the Order total. We do not store full card details.
4.4 An Order is accepted when you create it. We may decline or cancel an Order (with a refund of amounts paid for the affected Placement) where a Listing is unavailable, mispriced, or where the Order would breach Section 6.
5. Cancellations, refunds and replacement guarantee
5.1 Before publication. You may cancel an Order after 14 days since it’s creation before the Placement is published for a full refund of that Placement, unless work (such as content writing) has already been completed, in which case that portion may be non-refundable.
5.2 After publication. Once a Placement is published, it has been delivered and is non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use and content
6.1 You are solely responsible for the content, links, anchor text and target pages you submit, and for ensuring they are lawful and comply with all applicable laws and the policies of the destination Publisher.
6.2 Sensitive categories. Serpget.com’s catalog includes sensitive niches (for example gambling, adult or pharmaceutical topics). Where such Placements are offered, you are responsible for ensuring the content and its promotion are legal in every jurisdiction you target and for the audience you reach, including any licensing, age-gating or disclosure requirements.
6.3 Prohibited content. You must not use the Service to submit or promote content that is illegal; infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights; is defamatory, deceptive or fraudulent; contains malware or phishing; depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse, human trafficking, terrorism, or violence; or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law. We may refuse, request edits to, or remove any Order or content.
6.4 You grant Serpget.com and the relevant Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, edit for house style, publish and host the content you supply for the purpose of delivering and maintaining the Placement. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence.
7. No guarantee of SEO results
7.1 Serpget.com provides Placements; it does not guarantee any search-engine outcome. We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, referral value, or the permanence of any link or page. Search engines operate independently and may change their algorithms, de-index pages, or take action against websites at any time.
7.2 Publishers are independent third parties and may, without our control, edit, move or remove content or links after publication. Your remedy for a removed qualifying link is the replacement guarantee in Section 5.3, not a refund.
7.3 You acknowledge that buying links carries inherent SEO risk and that you order Placements on that basis.
8. Your warranties and responsibilities
You represent and warrant that: (a) the information you provide is accurate; (b) you have the right to submit your content and target URLs; (c) your use complies with these Terms and applicable law; and (d) you will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service, or circumvent its access controls.
9. Disclaimers
The Service, the catalog and all Metrics are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this Section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serpget.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Serpget.com’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Placement or Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Placement or Order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Serpget.com and its officers, employees and Publishers from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected unlawful use, or risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6–11 and 13–14) will survive.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Serpget.com regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
